What we collect, why, and the choices you have.

BusinessNet Demo Network runs this website and the member app. Contact us at hello@example.com about anything in this policy.

When you ask to join or visit: your name, mobile number, email, business, profession and city.
When you register for an event: your name, contact details and business.
For members: profile details, attendance, referrals, one-to-one meetings, thank-you notes, payments and the settings you choose in the app.
Technical data: device and browser type, IP address and sign-in history, kept for security.

To arrange your visit and contact you about membership.
To run groups, meetings and the member app, including reminders by email, WhatsApp and app notifications.
To keep accounts safe (sign-in alerts, one-time codes, blocking abuse).

We never sell your data. Profile details are shown to other members only as your privacy settings allow.

We send WhatsApp messages only if you agree. Reply STOP to any WhatsApp message to stop them, or change your choices in the app.

Visitor details are kept for up to 24 months. Member records are kept while you are a member and as long as the law requires afterwards.

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it or to delete it by writing to hello@example.com.
