Refund and cancellation policy

Membership fees

• Membership fees are paid for the whole membership term and are not refundable once the term has started, except where this policy says otherwise.
• If your application is not accepted, every fee you paid is refunded in full within 14 days.
• If you pay more than you owe, the extra is kept as credit and used for your next due, or refunded on request.

Meeting and event fees

• Meeting fees cover the venue and food on the day and are not refundable once the meeting has taken place.
• Event fees are refunded in full if BusinessNet Demo Network cancels the event, or if you cancel at least 7 days before it.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back the way you paid (UPI, bank transfer or cash) within 14 days, with a refund receipt in the app.
